The front desk staff was amazing and helpful in every way. Our junior suite felt like a true suite. With two baths, we loved that. I do have some constructive feedback. The mis matched light bulb colors were hard for the eyes. No facial tissue is a real miss for such a nice hotel. Finally, as English speakers, having zero tv channels for us is another real disappointment. We tried both tvs with no luck. Front desk was sure that they were available, but they need to review and resolve. CNN or BBC international would be great additions. Location is fantastic. The staff and location plus room size gets you 5 stars as we were able to find other entertainment options. Thanks again to all of the staff.

"This is a quiet spa resort in the countryside. I stayed as it is dog friendly and needed an overnight on way through the area. Very nice place. A bit dated. Lots of people on package tours. "Fabulous place in a beautiful village. We were given instructions for self check in and they opened the restaurant just for guests, which was excellent as minimal places to eat. The food was fabulous and the lady serving was very friendly. Comfortable room."
