"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this villa and would recommend it without hesitation.The villa itself is even better than the photos and description suggest. It’s incredibly modern, beautifully designed and exceptionally well thought out. Everything has been considered, from the clever lighting, sound and air-cooling systems to the well-equipped kitchen. "Kommunikation eher schwierig nur per App möglich. Der Vermieter war von Beginn an etwas aufdringlich und wollte alles zu seinen Gunsten abändern: Buchung über Expedia, Ankunftszeit und Abreisezeit, Ankunft wegen eines Defekts. Hier musste man immer eine Stunde früher fertig sein, das war nervig. Auch das mit der Müllabfuhr hatte er uns erklärt und wir haben es so gemacht , wie wir es verstanden hatten, aber am Ende war es wohl doch falsch ?!?! Hier wäre eine Infomappe im Haus in mehreren...

"Outstanding Stay in Italy I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and attentive. The entire property was absolutely immaculate, and every detail was so well cared for. The location was perfect and made everything so convenient. My stay was truly outstanding, and there isn’t one negative thing I could say. If you’re looking for a beautiful, clean, welcoming place to stay in VillasIimius Sardinia Italy, I highly recommend this hotel. We would absolutely stay here again! ❤️🇮🇹"

"The staff were great, very friendly and helpful, the place itself is quite peaceful during the day meaning if you’re lucky you can get exclusive access to the swimming pool. The shuttle bus to the beach was a good service, although as others have said when you’re already paying a lot you’d think it would just be part of the price (or it would be optional). The private beach was nice, quite busy but because you have a couple of sunbeds already reserved it works well. I would certainly recommend hiring a car around here, there is a good a cheap bus service that is about a 5 minute walk from the hotel but it runs every hour so you have to plan around it (it was a good service with friendly drivers which takes you to many key sights). Breakfast was fine, not a massive variety but it was ok. We had lunch a few times and this was nice and relatively good value. Dinner, we didn’t realise until we arrived that we needed to pre book so it was already fully booked for all 8 nights. We would have liked to have dinner a couple of times there as the themed nights looked good. The amenities are few but nice, the kids liked the play area and ping pong. As a couple of people have said the air con in the rooms isn’t the greatest, it’s workable but it’s not fantastic. The hotel itself is very nice by the way, I think the main reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is that for the price maybe you expect a little bit more. Still, it’s a nice place and we had a great time."
