"The resort property is very beautiful. The restaurants are well managed and the food was very good, considering we were there during August vacation and there were no vacancies. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The beds and rooms could use some upgrades for comfort, but they were clean and sufficient. Would definitely recommend this resort. "
"Everything was great about the property. Alessandra and her staff were amazing and made us feel very welcome! And her little dog was adorable. Alessandra was very helpful with navigating us around the area and recommending where to go. We enjoyed our stay very much and will definitely be returning! "

"I never complain about my hotels. But I paid 2k a night to spend in an old room, that was covered in ants. This is a family resort, it’s all kids and parents(which is fine if you are looking for that). Breakfast was good. Gym was sub par. Bed was comfy and pillows were nice. Staff was great. Beach is very nice there the pools are busy with families. My big problem is the price to value you get. Free valet parking was nice. Wouldn’t recommend and wouldn’t stay again. "
