"Even though we were lost and running late, our host Oksana waited patiently for us and welcomed us with open arms. She showed us the property and had a map ready to show us where restaurants, coops, and historical sites around town. The first restaurant she recommended was the best meal we had in ages! "This apartment is perfect. Exceptionally clean and well appointed. Piera was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The terrace wraps around the whole apartment and is delightful. The location cannot be beat. The apartment is an easy walk from the train station and Aldo easily walkable to everything you will want to see, do and eat in Parma. "The location was excellent for people travelling by train, just a few minutes from the train station. Perfect for a short stay with trips by train to the surroundings. Although the kitchen/sitting room is very small it is very well equipped and the bedroom is very cosy. We appreciated the absolutly quiet location in the backyard! "The apartment is very clean and comfortable. It is about a 15-minute easy walk from the train station and about 10 minutes from the major tourist attractions in Parma. The neighborhood is quiet but there are several very good restaurants and taverns within a minute or two walk. For senior citizens, the bedroom next to the bathroom on the first floor has two twin beds, spaced about a foot apart. "Though we only stayed one night, the staff went above and beyond. My wife was injured so they let us check in in the morning. Every time we went in or out the person at the front desk was smiling and polite. Room was excellent. Location is perfect. Rooftop deck for a drink (though a cover over one of the exposed decks would have been nice to enjoy a view of the city (too hot in the sun)."
