Definitely not a four star....a three start at best.
No gym or pool.
No amenities in the bathroom which you would expect.
Requested a queenside on my booking 9 months ago, that didn't happen.
Went to see reception straight away and advised me two single beds put together is all they had on the day
The only savings grace it is next to the tourist attraction and on top of a shopping centre if you need food.
Vegetarian will find it difficult as everything has meat in it.
Sanoma a restaurant in the centre was my savings grace, beautiful food and superb service and very reasonable.
This is the first time I have written anything bad about any place I have ever booked
But unfortunately I have to tell the truth.

"Hotel balneario en el centro del pueblo en un edificio de época, buena calidad precio. Negocio familiar y dueños muy atentos con todo el mundo. El circuito termal muy bien, con personal atento. Los desayunos, comidas y cenas correctos al lugar."
