"The property, pool and sauna were really nice and clean. The hotel and restaurant staff were nice and professional. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant and the food was delicious. Downside: the tv only in german no subtitles, the steam room opens late @1pm which is annoying for someone like me who starts day early. For luxury hotel nobody helped with luggage or offered. Breakfast $40/person. They need to offer free apples or something small for the non big meal breakfast eaters. "

"The room was very spacious. Had a refrigerator and a table so that we could buy a few groceries such as cold cuts, bread, wine and cheese to enjoy if we didn’t want to dine out. Plenty of great places to eat nearby. We would stay there again. "

We truly enjoyed our spacious well-thought-out room and the walk-in shower was definitely a welcome site since they are very rare to find in European hotels.
The breakfast was great and the area where you can spread out to eat was also nice because it allows you to visit with other travelers if you so choose.
The location is also perfect. It is a short walk to the bus stop and train station. The hotel also provide you a free transit card that you can also use for the gondola.

"This hotel is a 5-minute walk to either the bus or train stations in Bolzano. Very convenient, modern facility. It is a sister company to the Park Hotel, so we were able to use their lovely outdoor pool, which was a 2-minute walk away. Breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff was wonderful.
