Staff were great; when arrive early and found that there was an area power cut they coped admirably. Fantastic central location.

Great location. Nice Spa and Gym with indoor pool. I had a great massage. Daily breakfast was delicious and staff were very kind and helpful.

Spectacular. The quality of every square inch of this hotel is simply second to none. The wooden floors, walls, and custom cabinetry in the guest rooms looks so elegant but is also so comfortable at the same time. The view of city you get at this hotel from your room (if you’re facing the outside) and the rooftop were stunning and made it a struggle for us to go out and explore the city. Very friendly and accommodating hotel staff at every turn. The location is pretty unbeatable too. Walking distance to so many things like The Louvre, Galleria Lafayette, Notre Dame, and a ton of great restaurants and shops. We dined at ROOF the last night and enjoyed it so much we were a little disappointed we didn’t try their other restaurants, but c’est la vie. Madame Reve deserves all the credit for creating a truly unique and memorable experience because it shines in every area you always hope your hotel will and enriches your time in an already amazing city like Paris.

Let me start this review by saying I truly can't speak to the hotel's atmosphere because we never made it there. This review is really more about how the staff handled our situation. Our flight to Paris was canceled due to mechanical issues and we were stranded because they couldn't rebook us on another flight until the following evening. We alerted the hotel of this as soon as we were aware of it and asked about a potential refund or partial credit toward a future stay since it looked like we would not be able to make it in time for our stay. They refused. We then did some thinking and thought "Hey, we might get to Paris in time to check in for an hour or so and at least get a shower in the room we had already paid for" because by that point we had been in airports and on planes for over 24 hours so I messaged the front desk to ask if that would be possible and also if they could provide a late check out. They refused. I was told that they were oversold for the next night and that entry to the room wouldn't be possible even if we got there before the check out time of 12 p.m. Meanwhile, I checked and they had rooms of the same type still available for purchase on expedia so I know that wasn't true. Their staff simply didn't care at all about what we had been through/were still going through. It may be a wonderful hotel but we will never know because we will NEVER stay here. Shame on you Hotel Splendide this is not the service of a relais and chateaux hotel. Buyer Beware.

Hotel louvre Montana has an amazing location to so many highlights of Paris! The hotel itself was nice; though I felt it was a bit overpriced (and I used points). The breakfast was just OK and there were things I saw sitting out all day past breakfast hours so question the freshness of some of the items. Room was nice-stayed in a double. Bathroom and tub great size. Toiletries/amenities subpar for a nice hotel. View wasn’t great which I was disappointed about. Free limited mini bar amenities. Always had still and sparking H2O available to fill up and stay hydrated as I visited during the Summer Paris heat wave. Front desk was generally friendly. Major con: laundry bags just sitting in the hall each day (each floor)-never did I see them gone. It was unsightly and frankly not okay for such an acclaimed nice hotel. Put them in a closet. Overall i give 4 stars. I would stay again for the location but there are also so many 4 star hotels in the city close by so I may consider elsewhere.
