"Excellent option for a budget hotel. The room was clean, very quiet, and completely adequate for what we needed (just a place to sleep in peace). There are no complimentary hot drinks facilities in the room or the hotel, which was a shame. The hotel is not in in nicest part of Lille but is a far enough away from the station and main street of shops to feel safe and peaceful."

Staff and the restaurant food was pleasant. I really enjoyed the cognac collection at the bar. Loved the artwork on the premises. "This room would be legally non-compliant in the UK; however, France may have different safety regulations. The third bed is on a loft (approximately 6 ft × 4 ft) built above the bathroom and can only be accessed via a ladder, which has to be retracted to allow movement on the main level. There are two beds in the main room, which are just about suitable for an average-sized person. However, space is very limited, and it’s difficult for two people to move around at the same time. One person often has to step aside to allow the other to pass."
