10/10 Excellent

"Spotless room and bathroom. Compact, but had everything I required for an overnight stay. Secure car park with coded access was nice to have, and reasonably priced to park overnight. There's a few restaurants and take aways close by, as well as a huge Carrefour a short walk away."

"What a fabulous hotel. The location is outstanding, with stunning views over the vineyards. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, and the hotel’s facilities are excellent — the pool area is especially lovely and perfectly situated. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. The staff were friendly and helpful. Two small points: the bar was closed early one evening, which we found disappointing, and our room wasn’t made up until late in the day on a few occasions (once as late as 5pm). We would definitely stay here again if we return to Champagne. Loved it — thank you!"

"Great little hotel, right in the centre of Reims. Great Air Con which was very much needed as it was 38 and humid. Staff really lovely and freindly. We could have done with more pillows and a fridge and I’m sure if we had asked for more pillows the lovely staff would have supplied them but it was late so we didn't bother. We were worried that it would be a bit noisy as it is in the middle of all the bars and restaurants but the widows were excellent at noise reduction so we slept really well. Parking was easy as the underground car parking is next door to the hotel. We stayed one night at the beginning of our trip and again returning home. Great value for money!"

"I stayed in this hotel when it was a different chain about 12 years ago as it's in a perfect location next to the main station and walkable to the centre and 2 mins from tram stops. Under new management, the hotel is superb: good value for money, bright, fresh and clean with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are newly refurbished with everything you need including the much needed air conditioning in the recent heat. The staff are friendly and very accommodating."

8/10 Good

"Clean room, kind staff, great location. However, the room is much smaller than it looks in the photos (although the bathroom is a good size) and we went in june so it was extremely hot - and the fans they provided in the room are quite weak. No AC, which is the main downside for summertime travel. But if the weather is good, id say the room is very good value."
