The house comprises a large living room with a fireplace on the ground floor, a bright and spacious open-plan fully equipped kitchen, and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs, we find the TV area on the mezzanine, as well as three double bedrooms and an additional bathroom.
You'll appreciate the outdoor space of this property, with a furnished terrace, a large playground, and a swing set for children. The barbecue awaits you.
Parking for two vehicles is available in a row in the dedicated entrance before the garden (no more space available).
