"No ac in the rooms even though advertised. Hot tub not working. Pool & hot tub off site to walk too. Did not give drink coupons as promised. Staff directed us to a table for dinner that was not set and in the bar although there were plenty of tables available in the dining area. Staff served other guests before us. Manager offered a discount on the room to correct the problem but never came through on the promise."

"If you're seeking a nice, convenient place for a night before heading home to the USA out of CDG Airport (T2) - and you're a Bonvoy person - this is an easy choice and no brainer. A few minute walk to from the main rental car return, and international departure gates for the USA; nice comfortable rooms and good bistro all on airport grounds. Great choice before heading home to NA from Europe."

"It was cheap and the location was perfect for the night before flying home but both times we stayed people were knocking on our door during night and early, the room is super basic but was fine, and the restaurant hours were not great to actually get a meal after a long flight, thankfully there's a grocer right next door"

"I’m a person who likes to travel frequently and stay in different hotels, but the Hyatt was the worse. I personally recommend stay away from this hotel. Specially for the staff in the from desk, specially.this people didn’t know how to speak with costumer. Impolite, not manners at all, I feel very bad in this hotel and the manager comes later and I nothing happened . At the end for me and my wife was terrible experience, and Once again, don’t go the this place."

"We were put in a first floor room which had a non working thermostat, No power to the desk area so couldn't charge phones, etc, no furniture to put luggage on, and a very high tub which needs a step stool to enter safely.... basically worse than a Motel 6 for many times the cost..... After complaining we were shifted to a much better room... however, the hotel should not be renting rooms like the initial room- it should be demolished and rebuilt!"

"Dinner and breakfast and coffee drinks were very good... I also liked the signage in the room and elsewhere, very modern and humorous... The rooms and hotel are modern, clean and in good shape... The staff are friendly and knowledgable...I loved that I could walk 5 or 10 minutes and be at the CDG airport...I love Citizen M! "

"Great location for Gare de Lyon train station, 2 mins walk. We walked to Eiffel tower, took us maybe 30 mins. The staff were very friendly and helpful to us and we enjoyed our stay. There was an early check in available, which after a 30 hour flight was music to my ears. The room is small but that is known and part of the package! Very well designed rooms, felt like I was back in Japan!"

"Loved the location- plenty of cafes to choose from and close walk to Notre Dame and other sights. We enjoyed sitting on the patio at night. "
