The room itself was in good condition. There is a lack if shelving and storage. There is also no air conditioning and the shades were not pulled down, so our room was extremely hot when we checked in. Only the small windows at the top open, so the room never cooled down. Having the shades pulled down when the room is unoccupied during the summer would help solve this issue.
Overall we received information when needed from the property. The luggage room is located on floor 0, which was not on the information sheet we received. The hotel was expensive for what e received, but it was a busy time, so all hotels were more expensive.
There is some inside parking available, and the bakery next door is amazing.

The room was cleaned. Housekeeping only on request. Room was very basic, nothing like the 4 stars in other countries. Staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very basic. We had dinner in the restaurant on the day we arrived. It was 9pm, kitchen was about to close and they still served us. We enjoyed the meal.
