In general nothing i can say about the room. It was descent and if you think the price and the location it s fine. Just the hotel cannot be considered as a 4 star property without having proper staff and reception. We arrived at night and we had never received the self check in instructions as it was supposed to be. So we had to try to call the central call center at 3 am waiting outside of the hotel with a 5 month baby. After some time they told us on this line that we couldn t receive the instructions cause the government tax was not paid.although we already pre paid the whole night rate on expedia. Also very cheap amenities for 4 star
Hotel didn’t send check in instructions till 10pm. There is no one at the front desk after 6pm, so you are out of luck if you arrive at a later time. To get to your room one has to navigate a maze of passages through the building. Room windows face a hallway. It’s quiet but feels stuffy. No AC. Room was clean with a decent bed. Wouldn’t stay here if it’s more than just one night.
Ne kambarys, o šuns būda. Buvo bandyta susisiekti su administratore, kad gautume kambarį su gražesniu vaizdu, tai gavome kambarį be lango. :) išsiregistravimo metu adminė nesugebėjo nei atsistot nei pasisveikinti. Mokėjimų grynais taip pat nepriima. Absurdas, o ne 4* viešbutis.
I have enjoyed the stay as I knew it will be very convenient in terms of location, shopping, dinning and transport links. The only thing I was not fan of was the initial email in which I was told that access code will be sent to me on the day of my stay by 2pm. It would be less confusing if the guests were informed they will need to pay city tax at the hotel before the access code is released. The staff on the other hand was very helpful.

Lovely stay
Difficulties getting an access code. Large comfortable bed , nice hot shower, carpet abit scruffy in areas, wallpaper peeling off in some places. Good view from the window to the cathedral square.
The hotel is not clean. Bathroom was really disgusting, the nightstand dusty and there was a brown stain on the bed comforter. The toillet with was stained and the shower covered with mold. As a cherry on the cake, the elevator was out of service. The only advantage of this hotel is its location. You need to be aware that there's no staff at nights, so the service is going to be by phone.
A two star hotel at best. Laberinth of corridors, concerning fire safety and the check-in is a nightmare. Honestly, you deserve better. I moved hotels after two nights.

There is no reception and self check in did not go smooth - I was not provided instructions for it, had to make long phone calls in order to get the email with the codes and room number.
After we got into our room, it was not what we ordered (ordered a double bed - got two single beds), then again had to call customer service and I was told that they actually do not have anymore free rooms so the change of the room was not possible.
The breakfast quality was very average.
It was fairly difficult to sort out the booking from the very beginning. Their checkout didn’t want to accept any of my UK cards(had to pay via bank transfer). There is no reception and you have to email or call in order to find out anything.
The noise level at night was a bit of a problem. Definitely not a good place if you are a light sleeper. Location is great.
THE ROOM LOOKS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE AND I PAID 92€ A NIGHT. The hotel doesn’t have reception, check in is all they WhatsApp. When I got to the room and requested on WhatsApp to be moved to the room I booked, they just straight up ignored me. The room was old and dated, and there was a used towel in the bathroom. I felt cheated. DO NOT BOOK HERE.
The room is good but no reception and too hot room
Room was really small under the roof, it was really difficult to find a way to room. Also I didn’t saw when I booked that there is no reception in a hotel and you get a code and room number by email.
And the horrible thing was that in my room air condition didn’t work and at night it was not possible to sleep, because weather was really hot outside and under the roof you really feel it.

Good location, no front desk reception.
I didn't read the small print when booking and didn't realize they didn't have a front desk. I wanted to add additional nights without checking out of the room I had booked but ended up booking a room at a hotel across the street. The breakfast is okay and it is in a great location. The walls are thin though and if you are next to a noisy family like we were you may find it hard to sleep, children were running around and screaming well after 1:45 in the morning. This property has potential to be a great place to stay if it was adequately staffed and refurbished some.
The hotel is very nice and in a great location. Enjoyed the food. Had a couple questions but without a staffed front desk there was noway to ask someone which was very frustrating!

The virtual reception idea needs some extra thought, something like a check-in/virtual receptionist machine in the lobby at the very least.
