Very clean . Lovely staff. 30 euro deposit. Not the scary 250 euro i had read about. Staff very helpful. I was a ground floor room and got a lot of ants but housekeeping cleaned up and sprayed and they didn't come back

We stayed at 7 places during our Portugal trip - this was the least pleasant. Internet did not work, the apartment was not clean; nightmare parking. This area is very crowded - seems like an area for groups of young people looking to party. The hotel staff did there best though and we generally helpful for what they could control.

Was really worried about staying here as there was lots of bad reviews. Check in no problem. €30 deposit for keys. Accommodation was big. Aircon didn’t work. 2 balcony’s overlooking the pool. Cleaners every day, although they didn’t really clean the floor or kitchen sides. Just be careful there are different pools and if you go as a group you can’t access them all, although we didn’t have a problem.

Ideal Budget Location

This hotel is very convenient for this part of the coast. Good bus links to Albufieria and Villamora. The area is well supported with shops bars and resturants. Possible to walk into Albuferia old Town ~25 minutes. The hotel was clean and had good facilities - pool, bar, WiFi, parking, etc. Only criticism was the beds are hard and uncomfortable - but considering the low cost still very good value.

Had a washing machine and dishwasher, which wasn't advertised. Little bit run down - a little investment could restore easily. Pillows terrible. Didn't like how the front desk wrote down my credit card number AND security code as part of process. Overall was OK.

The apartment that we rented through Expedia had no oven (stove top only), no dishwasher, or no washing machine. We upgraded on site to a unit that had those missing features for extra $20 euros/day.

The second day our room was full of ants on the dining table, in the bed everywhere. Later they moved us to another room where it was cold for two days. We did not receive a invoice at check out and they did not return the deposit either and they promised to inform us about everything by email but this has not happened to this day. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Quelle mauvaise expérience. Nous sommes une famille de 4 ( 2 adultes et 2 adolescentes 16-14). On nous a assigné une chambre pas rénovée. Le lit datait des années 70 et l’état de l’appartement et de la salle de bain était lamentable. Nous avons constaté de la moisissure et des mauvaises odeurs. Complètement affolée je me suis plainte à l’accueil qui a fini par nous donner une chambre raisonnable. Rien à voir avec les photos. Nous étions 3 familles. 2 avons été dans la même situation et la 3e a vécu une toute autre expérience. Nous avons constaté une grande différence/inequite entre les chambres alors que nous payons tous le même prix ! Ensuite que dire des fetards complètement soûls sur le resort. Qui font un bruit incroyables et du grabuge. Rien à voir avec ce que nous serions en droit de nous attendre d’un hébergement de cette nature et au prix demandé
