Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Claudia and Francisco were prompt to respond and were always available for help. We stayed on the new year eve and most restaurants had closed early for the night. Claudia contacted us and explained us the situation and offered to grocery shop which turned out to be very useful. Also, she offered us one of the balcony's on her home for viewing the fireworks. The care shown to guests is truly remarkable.
