A welcoming 45 m² apartment on the ground floor of a villa, in a quiet, village setting in the Aude department.
Enjoy the beaches or explore the region! It's the perfect starting point for discovering Narbonne or Béziers, the famous Cité de Carcassonne, the Mediterranean beaches, the Canal du Midi… If you prefer the mountains, the Spanish border and the Pyrenees are just an hour's drive away!
A large private terrace of 60 m² allows you to dine, grill on the barbecue, or simply relax. You can unwind and feel at ease here, as everything is comfortable and will help you feel comfortable right away. Your dog can enjoy 200 m² of enclosed grounds, and you can park your vehicle in a private, enclosed 50 m² space. We look forward to a fantastic holiday!
