"Hot tub room was amazing - worth the price of admission. Highly recommend. Staff was very customer service oriented. Didn’t love the big mineral pool but would come back for the room."

"This is a contactless property but ice needs to be requested between 7am and 5pm. I asked for it after 5pm and was told "no". Not a lot of amenities and when we flushed our toilet, water spewed from the tank. Pretty expensive but it is walking distance to many restaurants."

"The pools and spa were not working and up to the heat as advertised …..but we were still charged the resort fee. The coffee instructions were to use 2 scoops but no scoop was provided. There was not a small table and chair to sit or set things. There was a lack of places to put your clothes and things … this would be a good overnight place not a longer stay due to that. "

"Room was spacious enough for two adults and quiet even though along a major street. The restaurant was very good and the live music was pleasant, not overbearing for environment. "

"Good location with a small hot springs fed pool. The staff was helpful and friendly. No breakfast is provided but the Calistoga Roastery opens early and is excellent - maybe 1/2 mile walk into town. They have a coffee machine in the lobby but for early risers, you can’t access it till 8.AM. Cold filtered water is always available for water bottles."

"Check-in was seamless and the staff was super friendly. The hotel is older, so some things are a bit dated, but the rooms have been updated. My only complaint is the walls are paper thin. We stayed downstairs, but the people next to us came in having an argument. Doors were slammed, you could hear exactly what they were fighting about. That is my only con at this hotel. Great location, walking distance to everything downtown."

"The room was very comfortable & what I expected from the pictures. The best treat was the spa experience. We enjoyed the workout facility, massages, the sauna, magnesium outdoor hot tub, adult pool etc. Food was good. We enjoyed biking from hotel into town. Lovina had amazing brunch. Fan of the Napa/Calistoga Valley area! We’ll be back."

"Not only is the one of the most affordable stays in Napa, but it’s an absolute gem! 22 total rooms and each with its own unique charm and small details such as the extra cozy bedding, and the ambience of the fireplace is just a nice touch. In the mornings, you will be served a continental breakfast with ample portion sizes in a nice wicker basket and you can choose coffee or a pot of tea of your choosing. I also added the rolled oats and it was absolutely delicious. If you are a bath snob, you will love all of their bath and shampoo products … the staff here is extra accommodating. They also do allow early and late checkout with a small fee and often if you were visiting the vineyards, it is absolutely well worth it. I will return to this lovely stay every time I come it is truly one of my favorites."
