"All the staff were very kind and helpful. The location was perfect. Very quiet but close to everything you’ll need. Breakfast had good choices. The first morning I had a bahn mi and next day I had American breakfast. They both were good! We stayed as a family with children. "We rented a 3 bedroom and it was a great unit. Kitchen, dining, living room with two bathrooms.
The host was so engaged and checked in. We were contacted a couple of days before check in and given contact info. We used Zalo to make arrangements. Showed up and was greeted by staff. Took us to our room and gave instructions.
Rooms were clean, they brought us laundry detergent (washing machine but no dryer) and asked if we needed towels changed each day. Very attentive and responsive staff and I loved that.
Building is secure. You need a key card to get in the building and elevator and a code for the unit door. 3 hour Express delivery was nearby for laundry. Best in class service with pick up and delivery.
The only downside to this place is it’s. A Gran ride to district 1. "
"We loved our stay at The Reverie Saigon! The location is unbeatable—right by the pedestrian walking street (Nguyen Hue), with easy access to shopping, great restaurants, and tons of massage parlors nearby. Super convenient for exploring Ho Chi Minh City on foot.
We stayed in the Romance Suite, which had a beautiful view of the river and the city skyline—perfect for relaxing after a long day out.
Access to the Reverie Lounge was another highlight. Daily breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails were all beautifully presented and served in a peaceful, elegant setting.
Although we had a couple of minor service issues, management was very responsive and sincere in making things right, which we really appreciated. Special thanks to Mr. Jason for going above and beyond!
Overall, The Reverie Saigon is luxurious, stylish, and well worth the stay. We’d definitely come back!"
