Just 20 km from Amsterdam, but in the middle of nature, this is the ideal base for a wonderful stay.
Our B&B is located in the village Vinkeveen and is situated directly on the lake 'Vinkeveense Plassen'. You will stay in one of our cosy cabins named "Pipowagen".
There is swimming opportunity in the very clear water. With a valid fishing pass you are also allowed to fish at your place or on the lake.

Nearby (>50 m) situated is the sanitary building with toilets, sinks and showers.

Dive into the lake and get younger :)

It is a nice little waggon, clean and cozy. The lake is just a few steps away, in the morning we took a swim in the fresh water and the day could come. We rented some canoes and it was a such a nice day in the canals. And with the bikes we went on tour to Mijdrecht and a natural area named Botshol. The team is really friendly and helpful. When there wasn't a bike for our 6yo daughter, they organized one just for her so we could go on our planned bike-tours. And now I know, that it is very important to have enough outdoor-gear, for it is raining a lot. The team even lent us jackets. All in all a really beautiful spot for a quiet stay right by a clean lake, do some watersports or take lots of walks. The sunset on our last day above the lake was so wonderful. I loved it.

Beautifuly decorated and comfy beds. Directly on the lake and friendly staff. Bring a gas cooker or one use bbq type thing for your meals or there are Restaurants or I saw a family with take away pizza. A little fridge, cutlery, plates and bowls supplied. Soft, fluffy towels, washing up things too. Supermarket 5 mins away. One needs to be used to being self-sufficient and down to earth. Fresh water tap around the corner, showers and toilets shared and regularly cleaned. Beautiful and peaceful. Free WIFI and affordable. Can be warm inside when it's hot but there's a fan supplied. Boat hire (6kmph), SUP etc available.Really cosy and would love to go back with hubby alone

Leben im Schäferwagen

Der Wohnwagen steht auf dem Gelände einer Jugendsegelschule. Er ist geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Allerdings ohne Kochgelegenheit, ausser einem Wasserkocher. Die Größe ist max. Für 2.5 Personen angenehm. 20 m entfernt ist ein Badesteg, an dem noch weitere Wohnwagen stehen. Unweit ist auch ein Sperrmüllplatz vom Jugendlager. Boote und Fahrräder konnten wir bei den sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern im Hafenbüro ausleihen. Ein hübsches Restaurant ist auch auf dem Gelände. Wer mit Campinggewohnheiten vertraut ist, wird sich hier wohlfühlen. Das Wetter sollte allerdings mitspielen. ist aber nur für 2

Sehr schöne gemütliche Wagen. Direkt an einem See gelegen. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Alles hat super geklappt. Einzig die Mücken haben uns geärgert. Utrecht und Amsterdam sind gut zu erreichen.

Schöner Ort vor den Toren Amsterdams

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Pipo-Wagen. Ein schöner Ort, um mit Kindern eine Stadt zu erkunden und abends Erholung zu finden. Der Wagen selbst war sehr sauber, es war alles da, was man braucht (Handtücher, Kaffee...). Der Abzug bei den Sternen kommt durch den Zustand der Duschen und Toiletten zustande, die von Jugendgruppen mitbenutzt wurden und dadurch nicht ganz so sauber waren. Ansonsten alles bestens!

Adventure in super schöner Lage

Wir wollten einen kleinen Abenteuerurlaub im Sinne, von einer anderen Übernachtungsmöglichkeit. Wir haben zu viert in dem großen Pipowagen (für 6 Personen ausgelegt) 7 Tage übernachtet. Für 6 Personen finde ich den Wagen für mehr als 2 Übernachtungen zu eng. Es gibt kein Wasser im Wagen, jedoch gibt es Strom mit überraschend vielen Steckdosen. Das W-Lan ist super. Das Wasser wird an einer Wasserstelle mit einem Kanister geholt. Für das schmutzige Geschirr gibt es eine Spülschüssel. Die Dusch- und Waschräume waren immer sauber. Es gibt, wie überall in Holland, an den Waschbecken nur kaltes Wasser. Wir haben einen Drinkbecher mit gekochtem Wasser für das Zähneputzen mit in die Waschräume genommen. Das war super. Die Lage des Wagens direkt am See ist unglaublich schön. Wir haben uns vor Ort ein Motorboot, was führerscheinlos gefahren werden darf, augeliehen. Ebenfalls erhält man einen Angelschein gegen 6,00 EUR p.P / Tag. Leider gibt es keine Möglichkeit, den Fisch vor Ort auszunehmen - wir hatten aber auch kein Fangglück. Das Boat House hat sehr leckeres Essen in nettem Ambietene - Urlaubsstimmung pur. Die Rezeption war immer mit deutschsprachigem Personal besetzt, wobei es in Englisch oft besser ging. Aber immerhin ist man im Urlaub - wer nicht holländisch kann, sollte über ein gebrochenes Deutsch dankbar sein. Wir waren zur Nebensaison dort und es war sehr ruhig. Wir können uns vorstellen, dass in der Hauptsaison dort sehr viel Trubel ist, aber eben dadurch auch noch mehr Urlaubsstimmung herrscht. Es lohnt sich unbedingt eine Bootstour zu machen, weil es unglaubliche Anwesen vom Wasser aus zu bestaunen gibt. Die Einkehr im Wonder Island ist zu empfehlen. In 20 Minuten ist man am Stadion von Ajax Amsterdam, wo sich P+R für Amsterdam anbietet. Alles super easy mit einem Kombiticket an den blauen Automaten vor Ort zu erwerben. Utrecht war auch nur 30 Minuten entfernt und auch empfehlenswert. Die Pipowagen am Vinkeveen-Plassen ist eine schöne Gelegenheit, mit Freunden oder Familie einen Kurzurlaub zu verbringen.

Alles super, nur im Onlineinserat stand dass vor Ort in der Unterkunft Deutsch gesprochen wird. Dem war leider nicht so, aber wir konnten uns mit der Englischen Sprache und Handzeichen verständigen. Die Duschen waren ok, aber man konnte leider nicht die Temperatur einstellen, dass war schlecht. Aber alles im alle war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft gewesen.

Wunderschönes Fleckchen

Wir waren für 3 Nächte da und haben in doeser Zeit Zandvoort,Amsterdam und dem Linneushof gesehen und besichtigt. Alles in unser 1 Stunde Fahrzeit zu erreichen und jedes eine Reise wert. Der Wagen war wunderschön und ist gemütlich eingerichtet. Nicht viel Platz,aber zum Schlafen und ein bisschen Ausruhen total ausreichend. Die Anlage ist schön gemacht und die Toiletten und Duschen waren immer sauber. 3 Minuten zu Fuß die Straße runter ist ein Supermarkt,in dem man alles bekommt. Wir kommen definitv wieder!!!

Super toll!

Geniale und einfache Unterkunft direkt am See. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider ist das Aussenmobiliar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wenn es noch ein paar Liegestühle gehabt hätte wäre es total perfekt! Hafenrestaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeit in direkter Nähe. Parkplatz ebenfalls! Einfach cool und jedem zu empfehlen, der es gerne einfach und gemütlich hat!

Entspannung nach der Großstadt

Ideale Wochenendunterkunft vor den Toren Amsterdams

Wir haben ein schönes, verlängertes Wochenende in Vinkeveen am Hafen verbracht. Der Pipowagen ist zweckmäßig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der See lädt direkt zum Kanufahren ein. Boote können vor Ort gemietet werden. Im Boatshaus auf dem Gelände lässt es sich lecker speisen und verweilen. Das gesamte Team am Platz ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit dem Rad kann man über das super ausgeschilderte Fahrradknotensystem Amsterdam in ca. 20 km erreichen. Wir hatten ein paar schöne abwechslungsreiche Tage dort und kommen gerne für einen nächsten Kurztrip wieder.

Leuk maar rommelig.

Accomodatie: Leuke, mooie pipowagen. Netjes afgewerkt, voldoende inventaris. Fijn met picknicktafel en mogelijkheid tot stoken, incl hout. Locatie: Leuke haven. Restaurant en supermarkt op loopafstand is erg prettig. Terrein heeft veel potentie maar is ook rommelig, alsof het nog in aanbouw is. Aantal dingen nieuw, maar ook veel dingen oud. Oogt rommelig omdat er overal spullen staan en liggen. Opzet is heel leuk en gezellig. Zeer gastvrij. Doordat er tijdens ons verblijf ook een zeilkamp was waren er te weinig sanitair en helaas ook niet altijd schoon. Extra sanitair voor alleen de gasten zou dan welkom zijn. We hebben verder een leuk verblijf gehad.

Comfortabel genieten bij en op de Vinkeveense plassen

Je bent heerlijk buiten, van vroeg tot laat, makkelijk zeilen zwemmen en varen. De bedden zijn comfortabel. Als je wilt koken moet je zelf een kooktoestel meenemen.
