"The buffet style breakfast offered a good choice of hot and cold options. The room was clean and the bathroom was equipped with toiletries. The beds were firm but comfortable however, the sofa bed was very creaky and sagged in the middle. Staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a good location for accessing the Ziggo Dome if attending a concert - easy 10 minute walking distance. Also great for getting around by train as the station is directly opposite the hotel. "

"Overall, the day was OK, but we had an issue with the cleaning; so at this hotel, you have to request a cleaning for the next day. They don’t do it automatically accept every four days so on the second day when I realized that I couldn’t request it for the same day, I requested it for the day after and when I came back after my day out the next day, the room wasn’t clean so I told reception and they told me it would get cleaned the following day and again it wasn’t cleaned so in this case, my room wasn’t cleaned for four nights and they finally cleaned it on the fifth day (i was only there for 6 nights). No other issues, it was a decent stay. Close to the bus stop, theres a nearby town with everything you could need and mostly clean. "

"The room was exactly as pictured—clean, well-presented, and the beds were very comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay overall. However, the amenities were extremely lacking. There was no hairdryer in the room or bathroom, and although we requested one upon arrival, it was never provided. The trash can was so small it was practically useless, and there wasn’t even a mini fridge, despite there being more than enough space for one. Storage was also an issue—the hanging area was far too small, making it difficult to manage four coats. The bathroom setup was not ideal for a room that accommodates four people. It was designed as one open space with the toilet, sink, and shower all together and no dividers, meaning only one person could use it at a time, which was inconvenient. That said, the location is absolutely fantastic. It’s just steps away from the train station and surrounded by restaurants, a grocery store, a movie theater, and a fun gaming area. The convenience of the area really stands out and adds a lot to the overall experience."
