Not far from the popular beaches of Crikvenica and the town centre is this beautiful holiday home with its own garden area, swimming pool, private parking and private barbecue area. The holiday home consists of a beautiful outdoor area and an indoor area that extends over the entire ground floor. Inside there is a cosy living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, three bedrooms and three bathrooms. All three bedrooms and the living/dining area are air-conditioned. The holiday flat has a total of 4 air conditioning units. The television in the dining area has a satellite TV connection. The outdoor area offers a very generous amount of space. The centrepiece here is the 24 m2 pool. The pool measures 6 m x 4 m and is 1.50 m deep, which is standard. There is also a small pool for the four-legged friends to cool off in. There is also a summerhouse with a barbecue and seating for up to 8 people and a large car park for 3 vehicles. The barbecue is a real charcoal grill. For younger guests there is a play corner with a climbing house with slide and a sandpit. There is also a table football for young and old. The grounds are completely fenced in.
Please note that only the ground floor of this holiday home is rented out. The upper floor is not rented out.
