The hillside location at an altitude of 260 metres ensures a pleasant microclimate. It is consistently two to three degrees cooler here than in Crikvenica, whilst a steady, refreshing flow of air contributes to a relaxing stay. You can also enjoy the lovely outdoor area with a lawn and a covered terrace. The fully covered summer kitchen, featuring a granite worktop, barbecue and large dining table, can be used all year round and provides the perfect setting for convivial barbecue evenings and family games. Relax in the heated outdoor hot tub or take a refreshing dip in the open-air pool, surrounded by lush nature and with views of the mountains and the sea. Croatia is statistically one of the safest countries in Europe, so you can enjoy your holiday without a care in the world.

The villa is accessible via well-maintained roads. Shops for your daily needs are just a short drive away. A wide selection of local restaurants remains open even during the winter months and is easily accessible by car. You can also reach the nearby coastal towns of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski in no time at all; these attract visitors with their beautiful pebble beaches and a wide range of sporting and entertainment options.



Well-signposted mountain bike and cycle paths start right outside the house. The Vinodol Valley is also an internationally renowned centre for paragliding and offers several launch sites in the surrounding area. Picturesque walking routes, such as the ‘Staza litica’ cliff path and Lake Tribalj, are also within easy reach. The port city of Rijeka is also ideal for a varied day out.
