With a magical backdrop of the Croatian mountains, only two-minute walk to the lake and 15 minutes-drive from the magnificent clear blue waters of Adriatic Sea, holiday home Lake and Sea offers the best of Croatian landscape and is the ideal base for exploring the natural beauty of the area. The bright and spacious home yields stunning views of the lake from its two balconies and comes equipped with a 32 m² indoor pool, a sauna room, an outdoor barbecue area perfect for lovely evenings spent with family and friends, covered outdoor dining area, also a pool table, table football and exercise equipment. In addition, at your disposal is a large living room with sofas and TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table fit for eight.
Distributed over three floors there are four double bedrooms and four bathrooms accommodating eight adult guests.
Tribalj it’s a small village in the northern Croatia dating back to Roman times and today it is a great destination for families and couples as it offers beautiful beaches and plenty of activities away for busier tourist destinations. The untamed and rugged landscape is perfect for those who enjoy cycling, hiking, paragliding and fishing in the lake. The lake is home to Europe’s record largest Carp!
For transparency: please account for 400 euro security deposit to be paid upon arrival directly to the host and returned upon departure, subject to inspection. Please no groups of under 25 years of age.

Perfect! Wonderful House and even better Hosts

We were here for our family Vacation and it was the best holiday we ever had in Croatia. 5/5 points for the perfect and beautiful house and 6/5 points for the host family, they were so incredibly nice and helpful while very discreet. If you want to have a perfect vacation in a lovely environment . We can highly recommend this villa and the host family. We will definitely come back here in the future

Exceptional stay

We had an incredible stay at Manea House. The property is spotlessly clean and comes with everything you could possibly need (ample towels, kitchen products and clothes washing facilities). Check in via the owner, Anita, was superb. She was so friendly and welcoming. We were even treated to food on arrival and had a traditional Croatian dinner cooked for us one evening! This is truly amazing service. The pool, games room and sauna are fantastic. The house is decorated very tastefully and each bedroom is huge, with wonderful en suites. I cannot fault this property and would definitely return again. Highly recommended.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Innenpool

Wir waren als Familie mit 2 Kindern in den Pfingstferien dort. Das Haus ist einfach spitze. Der Wohn.- und Essbereich ist sehr geräumig und jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Der Pool war für unsere Mädels der Hit. Egal um welche Uhrzeit, man konnte jederzeit rein. Man hat in diesem Haus an jedes kleinste Detail bedacht. Alles wurde mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts und es es ist super sauber. Wir haben die Tage sehr genossen und uns wie zuhause gefüht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können das Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Herrliches Ferienhaus, top Einrichtung

Wir waren im August 2018 mit 2 Familien in diesem Ferienhaus. Es ist eine tolle Anlage, der Pool + Garten ein Traum. Das Haus wurde ein Paar Wochen zuvor erst fertiggestellt, alles wirklich funkelnagelneu. Im Haus sind 4 Schlafzimmer 4 Badezimmer, ein grosser Wohnraum/Essraum/Küche. Die Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail auf Hochglanz gebracht, man hat hier wirklich mit Herz und Seele mitgedacht. Unsere Kinder haben an 1 Regentag wirklich den Tischfussball und Billiard genossen, den Männern hat das s Mini Fitnesstudio sehr gut gefallen, auch die Sauna haben wir genutzt, trotz Sommertemperaturen. Der Pool ist grandios, wenn auch ein Innenpool, aber die Glastüren lassen sich komplett öffnen, somit ist es eigentlich ein halber Aussenpool. Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen, haben ausser einmal Rijeka und Pula besuchen wirklich nicht mehr gemacht, da wir uns im Haus so wohl gefühlt haben. Restaurants gibt es in der Gegend, haben diese mit dem Auto super erreichen können. Danke auch an die Hauseigentümer, standen immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir können dieses tolle Ferienhaus ruhigen Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Daumen weit oben!

Tolle nagelneue Villa mit Innenpool

Wir haben spontan beschlossen meinen 30. Geburtstag in Kroatien in der Sonne zu verbringen und sind dabei zufällig auf das eben eröffnete Ferienhaus gestossen. Zusammen mit 6 Freunden haben wir hier eine erholsame Woche verbringen dürfen. Das Ferienhaus ist riesig, es bietet einen Innenpool, so dass man auch abends baden kann Ende September. Das Haus ist direkt vor einem schönen See, der zwar das Baden nicht gestattet, jedoch wo man super Angeln kann, unsere Männer haben wirklich das Angeln hier mal kennengelernt :-) Zum Meer sind es wahrlich nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto, von hier kann man schnell die gesamte Kvarner Bucht erkunden, aber auch Istrien ist sehr nah. Uns hat es super gefallen, so arg, dass nun unsere Eltern deren Sommerurlaub 2019 hier verbringen werden. Danke und bis bald einmal!
