"Just got back from Secrets Resort in Cabo and honestly had an amazing time. The resort was beautiful, clean, and the staff treated us great the entire trip. Food was way better than most all inclusive resorts we’ve stayed at, especially the restaurants at night. Drinks were solid, pools were relaxing, and the views of the ocean were unreal. The rooms were spacious and always kept clean, and the atmosphere was perfect if you want a mix of relaxing during the day and fun at night without it feeling too crazy. Cabo itself was awesome too. Definitely a trip we’d do again. If you’re thinking about going, I’d recommend it."

"We have been to the Hyatt Ziva several times and this was our best trip so far. Their renovations are substantially complete (amazing gym) and their service continues to improve. This years addition was a private butlers service. Ali, our personal butler, was fantastic. She kept in touch with us but didn’t hover….made our preferred dinner reservations every night and took care to fix any little annoyance we ran into. In addition she and Julie…the manager of the French restaurant,,,created a really special celebration for my husbands bday. A shout out needs to go to Julie’s wait staff as well…..Jorge, Gustavo, Roberto, Diego and Efrain gave us excellent service in our three visits to the French restaurant and sang and danced in the celebration of my husbands bday. The entire staff at the Hyatt gave us exceptional service…down to our departure and farewell from Carlos our bellboy"

"Will 100% be back. This pool was one of the best we’ve ever been to. The staff was so attentive and friendly! The decor is so beautiful- only downside is the food at the restaurant was silly expensive (like $150 for 2 people for breakfast!) so I’d say there’s a good coffee shop across the street! But the amenities are amazing! Clean and big villa rooms (stayed in a 1BR villa room)."
