"We have stayed here many times. Service was great when we first stayed many years ago and then it declined, last year I debated whether to come back. This year I can say that the service was very much improved. They now have an 18% service charge added to all food and beverage orders and maybe that is part of how they have retained a better staff but in any event it was much improved over the past few years and I am OK with the built in service charge if that's what fixed it. The facility has always been great, glad the service is back on track."

"The hotel has a very good location right on the beach. The beach, kiosks and chairs are groomed every day. Food/drinks service on the beach can get a bit slow if the pool area gets busy at lunch time. Breakfast was the best meal from in the all-inclusive for us, followed by lunch, dinner was a bit flat, but we found good restaurant choices within walking distance. The lady that ran the games in the pool was a blast and the entertainment in the evenings was fine too. All the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The room and all common areas were very clean but they're all a bit dated."

"The staff and facilities are great, super nice place to visit. The rooms were fantastic, and very well decorated. The food was mostly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort; in other words, it left something to be desired, but not to the point where it hurt the trip. Would absolutely go again!"

"The staff was terrific! There could have been a little more music by the pool areas as it was very quiet most of the time. Perhaps though that is the vibe of the property. The restaurants were just ok. Breakfast was pretty standard but the other places were just average. Unfortunately due to events, we were not able to enjoy the rooftop restaurant. However, I will say that our room came with a butler and he was terrific! He helped us with off site reservations and his recommendations were terrific. Love the area though as you can get to restaurants and shopping very easy! The property is definitely very nice! One thing to be aware of, they do host a lot of corporate and wedding events. This is important to know because it affects availability in restaurants, pool areas, and can have fairly loud music until 10-10:30p. If you are ok with that then not an issue - just something to be aware of."

"A slight ocean view. Room was clean. The staff very courteous. This is not a hotel for everybody. The area is remote on a gravel, washboard road so it’s not for everybody. We enjoyed it though! We saw lots and lots of whales. Took a tour of the reef! Which was super! "

"Staff were wonderful, very helpful and courtesy. The food is devine. Actually, the entire place is definitely a 10 out of 10. Worth the drive down a long dusty road. We watched whales, pelicans, frigate birds and even the Great Egret .. all during breafast, kunch and dinner."
