"Have stayed at a few all inclusives. The property was clean but the pool had a lot of sunscreen and drinks spilled in it. The staff had a hard time keeping food and dishware available for the buffet and the room was quite small for a family of 4. Otherwise, it was a nice pleasant stay and everything seemed to be in working order. The valet was great helping get taxis to various locations."

"The hotel has a very good location right on the beach. The beach, kiosks and chairs are groomed every day. Food/drinks service on the beach can get a bit slow if the pool area gets busy at lunch time. Breakfast was the best meal from in the all-inclusive for us, followed by lunch, dinner was a bit flat, but we found good restaurant choices within walking distance. The lady that ran the games in the pool was a blast and the entertainment in the evenings was fine too. All the staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The room and all common areas were very clean but they're all a bit dated."

"The staff and facilities are great, super nice place to visit. The rooms were fantastic, and very well decorated. The food was mostly what you’d expect from an all-inclusive resort; in other words, it left something to be desired, but not to the point where it hurt the trip. Would absolutely go again!"

"A slight ocean view. Room was clean. The staff very courteous. This is not a hotel for everybody. The area is remote on a gravel, washboard road so it’s not for everybody. We enjoyed it though! We saw lots and lots of whales. Took a tour of the reef! Which was super! "
