"I have traveled to this hotel since it first opened. We have Always enjoyed our time here. I would like to bring one thing to your attention. My only feedback is regarding the foul odor that greets you as you leave the inside bar for the outside area. Other than this, which is related to the age of the property, everything was lovely! "What we got for the price we paid was great! Loved being so close to the beach. The cleaning staff was amazing and very helpful. However, the front desk staff was a bit terse and borderline rude when we had questions. I read on the Expedia site for this hotel that beach umbrellas were available for free use. This was not the case. That was a bit frustrating. Also, when we asked for assistance with additional parking, the staff member was reluctant to help. Overall, I would stay here again, but I would know not to expect much from the front desk staff."

"This smaller, beachfront hotel doesn't have all the amenities that a large hotel has but it's everything you need. Room was clean and comfortable tho our shower water pressure was lacking. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The store connected to the hotel came in handy. A special note to say the fighter jets fly over this end of Virginia Beach all day until approximately 10pm and they are very loud."
