The Art door is freshly renovated duplex located only minutes away from the beach. There are dozens of restaurants in the area and other things to do if the beach is not on your agenda. There is enough parking for two vehicles and with approval can accommodate more. There is high speed internet and Netflix already hooked up to the TV. The private backyard has nice lighting so you can enjoy the late night activities outside after a long day.

This is a lovely little spot that had just enough room for us! The parking situation was a bit confusing but Garrett responded quickly and was very helpful. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Great getaway!

Very nice place. Perfect for our needs on this trip with our dog. Close to everything we wanted to do. I read reviews before coming so I was aware of being close to Naval Air station. Im impressed w/ the F-18s thay fly over anyway! Host was very responsive!

Everything we were looking for

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect. Host was very accommodating and super responsive. The space was perfect for my girlfriend and I. If you’re looking for space for your dogs to run around, there are some nice dog parks around the area. Definitely plan to return!

Clean and cute

This is a nice little cozy getaway spot. It was very clean and smelled great! We enjoyed watching the jets from the private space out back too that was neat! We brought our dog and all three of us enjoyed our short time in Virginia, 10/10 would stay again if we are back in the area!

Garrett’s property was perfect for a weekend getaway with our dog. The apartment was a short drive from main attractions and restaurants. It was clean and came with everything we needed for our small family of three. Would recommend! Mickey

Nothing matched what add said didn't stay went and got a hotel, the host mother stays in same house

Mother of host stay one door and bolt lock between you. Host is nice but his renter place is being misrepresented.

Small but cute

We enjoyed our two night stay in Virginia Beach . The owner was very attentive , allowed for early check in , checked in on us and was friendly . The unit was quaint . Very clean and was fine for us . I didn’t realize when I booked that it was actually a duplex with another house right in the back yard as well as a camper . We typically like more privacy when on vacation but it did work out fine . The people were nice , but just right there . All in all a great couple nights in a quiet neighborhood . We drove down to the beach both days and it was fun and beautiful Thank you

Second time here

This was our second time staying at Garrett’s place. It’s in a great location close to Virginia Beach and easy to get to the north parks as well. Nice space to bring our dog with the small fenced in yard.

Property location to Virginia Beach was great! Like a 10 minute drive. While small, its nice having a full size refrigerator, oven, and small kitchen which you wouldn't get with a hotel room. The one drawback is a lack of outlets in the bedroom by the bed. If you use a CPAP machine like I do, and then two people wish to charge their phones overnight by the bed, bring a small powerstrip for extended outlets. Also, the outlets behind the dresser in the bedroom and the outlet in the living room area (on the same wall) did not work. There are outlets of course in the kitchen area. Outside of this, I would definitely stay here again. Also, don't concern yourself being near the naval air base - they don't fly their jets early in the morning or late at night. If they did, we didn't hear them. Great little spot to stay.

1st time Family Vacation Virginia Beach

This place was really cute. It was a perfect size for just myself, my husband and our little dog. It was centrally located and just minutes from just about everything. Area was quiet even with the occasional jet planes flying over which didn’t bother us at all.
