The space
Our townhome has 1205 square feet spread over three floors.
***We will allow PETS on a case by case basis. Please message us if you want to bring your furry loved ones! There is a $250 non refundable pet fee per pet per stay. If we find out there are pets without being notified we will be forced to charge a penalty fee of $500 on top of the $250 and notify vrbo. Just let us know if you’re bringing pets!***
FIRST FLOOR
The first floor includes a charming living room area with an electric fireplace (you can even use it during the summer months!) and a 49-inch smart TV with all the popular channels and apps.
There is a massive wrap around sofa that can seat large groups that transforms into a queen sleeper bed with a memory foam mattress!
The gorgeous kitchen area has gleaming granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a big breakfast bar. We provide lots of ingredients for you to whip up a wonderful breakfast for your family.
SECOND FLOOR
The second floor includes a large washer and dryer, a well-decorated bedroom with two queen-sized beds, a triple twin bunk bed perfect for kids, a walk-in closet and a 32-inch smart TV with all the popular channels and apps. The attached bathroom has double sinks and a bath/shower combo.
THIRD FLOOR
The third floor is all for mom and dad! The lofted bedroom suite is tastefully decorated with luxurious sheets on the queen-sized memory foam bed, a 32-inch smart TV with all the popular channels and apps.
We’ve added a couch that transforms into a memory foam twin sleeper bed in case you want the kiddos to be near mom and dad!
Of course, there's a lovely attached bathroom with a tiled shower.
A sliding glass door takes you to the charming balcony where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful Virginia sunsets.
NOTE: Our home is thoroughly cleaned with bleach and CDC recommended cleaning products between guest stays.
PLEASE DO NOT LEAN ON UPSTAIRS BALCONY YOU WILL FALL AND OWNERSHIP IS NOT RESPONSIBLE. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF GETTING IT REPLACED.

The furniture and carpet in the living room needs replacing as the couch was torn and the rug was dirty. The upstairs bedroom does not have door so there is no privacy at all.
