"Our first trip to San Antonio, Texas, to attend our great-grandson’s Air Force graduation, we stayed at the Hyatt Vacation Club at Wild Oak Ranch. Our stay was outstanding; all staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. We could not have asked for a better 5 day visit. Thank you for all you do. "The the service and staff were just wonderful. The room was clean, the snacks and drinks which included soft drinks and alcohol drinks were great. It actually made a nice dinner. We had meatballs and mashed potatoes and some steamed vegetables. Saved us a lot of money. There is access from the hotel basement to the Riverwalk. I would definitely stay in this hotel again. The views from the upper terraces are beautiful. The hotel is just a few blocks from the Alamo. If you check out at 11 and your car is in the valet parkincg plan to wait a little while because everyone is checking out at the same time."
