They said the valet was 24 hours and it wasn’t. The pool closes at seven. Nobody was there to help you at check-in even with the long line. Expedia said there was a free breakfast which there wasn’t.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! The landscaping is absolutely beautiful, with walking paths throughout the property that make it peaceful and relaxing to explore. There are grills conveniently scattered around the resort, plus great amenities including a pool, hot tub, ping pong tables, and even life-size checkers. The gated community made everything feel safe and private. There’s also a snack and souvenir area with a smoothie bar, which was a nice touch. Our deluxe room was clean, beautifully decorated, and featured a large hot tub big enough for four people. Overall, this resort was relaxing, well-maintained, and fun for both couples and families. Highly recommended!

Room was clean. The only issue we had was the shower faucet would not completely shut off the water. Should be addressed as soon as possible due to the loss of water.

Very nice location and very friendly staff, small rooms with a nice view. Buffet breakfast had a nice breakfast selection of food.

Clean, pretty new, very hands off. We checked in, got in our room, stayed for 2-3 days, checked out without talking with a single staff member. Would stay here again.
