Hotel La Scaletta exceeded our expectations! Everything about the property - location, amenities, breakfast, room, and helpful staff - was excellent. I had stayed in the hotel (and loved it) decades before but it has ascended from a pensione to a true hotel. I hope to return one day!

This place was absolutely beautiful! The entire staff was so helpful and friendly. A special shout out to Francesca and Leonardo! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to visit Florence!

Our stay was beautiful. We went in September so it was nice weather. Good was a bit expensive for dinner but we realized we could order something by the pool up to 6:30 and then it was about 8-10 euro cheaper than the sit down restaurant. Pool is beautiful but very cold. I like it cold but my friends not so much
