It wasn’t made clear on Expedia when booking that we’d have to pay extra for sheets The apartment was very tired It was a hot day and the apartment doesn’t have air con and only 1 window so it was very stuffy. Superior Chalet, Lake View | Terrace/patio

"Host met us upon arrival and showed us the property. Property was spacious, well equipped and appointed for our party of five. The view from the deck is sensational and the surrounding countryside extremely peaceful. Great place to chill out for a few days and would recommend to anyone that enjoys a farmstay. Road to the property is quite steep and narrow, but the view and serenity is well worth it!"

"Very nice.In the middle of landscape .Surrounded by fields and cows. So quiet and peaceful .We Ve enjoyed our stay. The house is big enough for a large family. My 4 /5 for cleaning. Tell your landlady to clean under your sofa or pieces of furniture...... The tablecloth was dirty and spotty.. Not easy to know if you live too far to check. Otherwise we Ve had a lovely family time."

"Sevrier is well located for a holiday in Annecy and the alps. This property is in an exceptionally quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and was a very relaxing place to be after a fun day of touring Christophe is a superb host and made sure we were able to check in and out easily The apartment was very clean and comfortably appointed. Definitely would stay again!"

"We had a wonderful holiday here with extended family. Claire has been a very welcoming host, making us feel right at home. The chalet is in a great location for walking to the local “beach” on the lake, renting kayaks and getting treats at the excellent bakery. The kids adored the pool. Thank you! "

"We had a great couple of weeks, the house was lovely, the views are amazing. Allevard is a great town with plenty of choice of restaurants. WiFi in the house was a bit patchy in the bedrooms but the teenagers coped! Communications with Remi were easy and quick, we would definitely return and recommend"

"Liked the look of the hotel from the booking site reasonable price and location. Room was large , bed was comfy, location quiet and a good shower. Short walk to the lake where we luckily caught a bar for a beer before it closed it was Sunday afternoon. Eat in the restaurant next to the hotel which good although like the UK eating out in France is not the cheapest. Only issue we had was when a member of staff marched into our locked room without knocking. It was a bit embarrassing as I was about to shower. No apology until we raised it with the reception staff. But on the whole it was a good overnight stay. If you are heading north from here towards Calais and not in a busting hurry I would recommend the D road route towards Bourg-en-Bresse. Very pretty via beautiful gorges and cuts out some tolls and saves on back tracking into Chambery which was a bit of a mess to pick up the Autoroute."

"The hotel is great value for money, it is clean, while small the rooms have everything you need, the breakfast is really good and well priced and there is a parking, a rarity in and around Annecy! If you are travelling by car then this is for you. If you are not motorised then you might find the location to be a bit far from the centre (3km) but should be easy enough to access by bus. Overall, very happy with this one!"
