"Friendly staff, lots of helpful ideas and information available. Really clean, great facilities and really good location for exploring La Rochelle . We travelled with a dog , and whilst understandably not allowed near pool area he was allowed in the adjacent outdoor lounge area which was lovely and ideal, meaning we could use all facilities ourselves . Loved the free gift for dog and free cold water stations throughout hotel with commitment to no single use plastics, parking easy and place really had a good vibe. Only thing to be aware is don't use sat nav to find access to hotel car park, access is easy but via restricted road at front of hotel, sat nav sends you to retail park behind. We will definitely stay here again in future ."
