Cheap hotel close to bus stop and right next to slopes, however staff can be rude and dismissive if you do not speak Italian, I also saw some smoking inside the property.

Modern rooms, near to town and next to Clote ski lift, wouldn’t recommend with small children as we were on ground floor above the bar very noisy until 12pm. Nice breakfast and staff kindly made us fresh coffees as machine coffee wasn’t nice

All great. In a quiet area. Close to tram lines to all areas. Breakfast was delicious with so much choice. We used the spa which was 20euros, which was a lovely experience. The bedroom was lovely and the bed very comfortable.

This is an older hotel but fairly well-maintained. We were able to walk to the Duomo and many eateries. The area felt very safe. The included breakfast was fantastic with many offerings such as eggs, meat, toast, pastry, fruit and beverages.
One night, we needed to print out tickets for our trip to Cinque Terre and the front desk staff was very gracious in printing them out for us.

"The airport shuttle was super convenient. I booked the hotel mainly because of the shuttle. The hotel was super modern, clean, had a nice restaurant and a bar. There was also a vending machine in the lobby for drinks and snacks. I would stay here again."

"Easy shuttle trip from Malpensa airport and the property is beautiful. Staff was very courteous and breakfast coffee was delicious! The Shuttle driver was very prompt and took us to the train station directly, making our departure for Milan Central very easy."
