Enjoy a comfortable vacation with a beautiful view of the water. This vacation home is beautifully situated on the water and has its own mooring, so you can fish directly from the garden. The homeowner has furnished the house very comfortably. The first floor of this vacation home has a nice bathroom with an infrared sauna with color therapy and a massage shower with radio and light therapy. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room has large windows overlooking the garden and the water. The bedrooms are located on the second floor. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a smart TV.
This comfortable vacation home is located in a beautifully landscaped vacation park with all kinds of facilities for the whole family. The vacation park in Groningen is the ideal destination for a family due to the various recreational possibilities, as it offers activities for all ages. Take advantage of the free access to the indoor swimming pool with a water slide and a separate children's pool. There is also a recreational beach, mini golf course, tennis courts and various playgrounds on the grounds of the vacation park. The vacation home is directly adjacent to a 9-hole golf course, which also has a restaurant with a nice terrace to offer.
In the province of Groningen, where this house is located, the possibilities for fun excursions in the area are endless. Many beautiful routes lead to interesting sights: Cycle to the picturesque fortified village of Bourtange (8 km), admire the listed village of Smeerling (3 km) and the stately farmhouses and manor houses in Bellingwolde (12 km).

For a nice day with your children, visit Surwold's forest (38 km). It is a beautiful recreation area with a large playground, climbing forest, toboggan run and fairy tale forest. Visit the city of Papenburg (25 km) for a tour in the famous Meyer Werft, where impressive cruise ships are built in the largest construction sites in the world. The center of Papenburg is also picturesque. Take a walk along the city canal with old drawbridges, colorful flowers and beautiful ships. Admire the town hall, the Meyers Mill and the Old Tower.

Haus ok aber nicht Familienfreundlich
Der Ferienpark an sich ist sehr sauber und Familienfreundlich. Leider ist das Schwimmbad renovierungsbedürftig und nicht sehr sauber. Das Haus an sich war ok, zweckmäßig spartanisch eingerichtet. Sauber und ordentlich, nicht verwohnt. Leider entgegen der Beschreibung überhaupt nicht familienfreundlich! Es gibt eine Steile Treppe, die nicht gesichert werden kann. Auch ist der kleine Garten mit Zugang zum See überhaupt nicht eingegrenzt, weder zum See noch zur Straße. Für Hundebesitzer ebenso ärgerlich. Auf Nachfrage konnten wir einen Hochstuhl bekommen, dieser steht in der Beschreibung war aber nicht im Haus. Ebensowenig das Babybett auf welches wir dann verzichtet haben. Auch nichts an Spielzeug o.ä. (außer einem Kartenspiel) - Familienfreundlich kennen wir anders! Bettwäsche besser selber mitbringen, unsere war leider dreckig obwohl diese eingepackt (nach Nachfrage) geliefert wurde.
