We had an amazing time at Cresanto. Very friendly staff, immaculate rooms and pools, wonderful inclusive continental breakfast, beautiful rooms.location is ideal, very close to Fira and an amazing view.

The front office staff ( Harpreet & Michael) were very curtious, prompt and customer focused. The Restaurant staff (Sandesh & Sandeep) were very friendly and welcoming.
Some suggestions for improvement at the property.
Outside Window shutters rattled all night long and need to be better secured
Ensure there is hot water in the shower at all times which was lacking.
No complimentary shuttle to the port for pickup nor drop off .
Door to the bathroom/shower did not lock in the master bedroom

The staff was very friendly and very helpful and the room is very clean and it is a great view
I love the breakfast, but had one bad experience during the week that I was there
