Villa is newly furnished and 2025 is first year in rental.
Besides comfort and luxurios design, with solar collectors placed on the roofs of the buildings, the villa has complete independence from local electricity providers and is self-sustainable.

Children will love the dedicated playground, while adults can relax by the heated infinity pool with breathtaking views. The fully equipped summer kitchen is perfect for al fresco dining, creating unforgettable moments with family and friends.
