Front desk told me I can park where I left my car and I got a parking ticket from the city, the resort also charged me for parking. When I called them they did not do anything about it even though they told me I can park there and charged me for their parking spot. This place appears to be a resort that government gives out vouchers to, so more like a 3 star, I don’t recommend it, only plus is great location on water.

Overall a good experience.

Very good location. Great pool. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. The only downside was inappropriately dressed guests at breakfast time. A dress code should be enforced during meal times.

We absolutely loved the property. Room was okay. Wish they had a coffee maker or tea option. Breakfast was included, which was fabulous. Went for dinner there, I wouldn’t recommend! Go into the little town, 10 minute walk.

Rooms need to be updated asap. Dirty walls and ceilings, old dirty carpet, where you wouldn’t want to step on. We didn’t feel comfortable in the room. Reception staff was polite and welcoming at all. We have to mention the staff in the restaurant was really polite and helpful. Breakfast and lunch both were really good and based on the room ways better than we expected.

The staff at reception were friendly, let us check in early too which is great. Our room was lovely and clean with good view of pool and sea. Breakfast was good but could do with a bit more variation that’s all. Location is great, right by the beach with lots of restaurants nearby. 1 star lost as on multiple occasions we had staff walk into our hotel room unannounced. Once whilst asleep and other late morning, firstly we had a do not disturb on the door and secondly its completely unacceptable to walk into a guests room especially without knocking. Overall a good hotel but sort the guest privacy out!

It is a nice waterfront location, but the carpets are filthy, the staff is not helpful, we reserved a room with a queen and a twin that apparently does not exist, the food at the restaurant was horrible. We did not stay here and incurred the expense of a replacement property. If you need a cheap place and don’t mind the above, this is the place.

Good hotel, good food, direct access into crystal

Enjoyable family holiday, room was comfortable, cool and clean, pool area was clean, usual scramble for sun beds with many lying empty with towels on for most of the day. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. Seating indoors or outdoors right by the sea. Plenty of shaded areas under mature pine trees. All in all a great holiday, the only niggle was our room was on the ground floor and there was some noise with people talking at the reception desk which could be heard late into the night and early in the morning

Fint boende med underbar havsutsikt från rummet. Superbra mat. Kan rekommendera att köpa frukost och middagspaketet som var ett väldigt prisvärt köp där det var olika buffé varje kväll vid restaurangen som låg nere vid havet. Fin strandpromenad in till centrumet.

Der Aufenthalt war schön und das Hotel hat eine gute Lage. Frühstück war sehr gut und es gab einr große Auswahl, Abendessen war nicht schlecht, aber nicht so gut, wie das Abendessen. Im Großen und Ganzen sehr angenehme Atmosphäre, nette Leute und auch ein schöner Bereich am Meer zum entspannen.

Værelset var ikke så pænt, der var pletter på både gulvtæppe og vægge. Det var desværre ikke bare små pletter, men større plamager. Vi manglede 2 håndklæder og spurgte derfor i receptionen, hun ville tilkalde en housekeeper. Der går yderligere 3 timer og vi går ned og efterspørger dem, hun siger hun vil ringe til en. Det går 3 timer mere og vi går ned og spørger. Først der rejser receptionisten sig, og går ind i et baglokale og tager 2 håndklæder. Det tog altså 6 timer at hente håndklæder fra baglokalet. Udtjekning kl:10 syntes jeg selv er for tidligt. Poolen var lækker, massere stole og hyggelig bar. Morgenmad var udemærket. Aircondition var så svag at det ikke kunne mærkes, og vi faktisk fik en op for at tjekke om den var ødelagt. Ikke optimalt når der er 36* udenfor. Ville ikke komme tilbage og ikke mene det var prisen værd. Hvis det var sat 30% yderligere ned, eller man har lavere standarder ville det måske være okay.

Petit sejour de 4 jours mis juin. Personnel qui essaie de faire de son mieux pour satisfaire le client. Tres bonne emplacement. Deux batiments, terrasse, piscine et place au pied. Commerces, restaurants et glacier a quelque pas en bord de mer. Les points a améliorer : flyer des horaires des activités sur place, dont le petit déjeuné a placer dans les chambres. Meilleurs organisation sur le déjeuné. Certaines problématiques: l'insonorisation des pieces adjacentes, les frais de parking supplémentaires non indiqués

Hotellet är i jätte dåligt skick. Bilderna är missvisande. Vi bokade fem nätter och blev väldigt chockade över den dåliga standarden. Vi ville avboka rummet men fick tyvärr inte det utan vi blev enligt de uppgraderade till ett annat rum. De rummet större men det var minst om inte mer slitet än det första. Det var även smutsigt, vi hittade till och med ett dött djur på toaletten. Bildbevis finns. Jätte dåligt bemötande från hotellet.

Top Lage und sehr freundliches Personal! Leider ist das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen und auch das dazugehörige Restaurant entspricht nicht mehr den Fotos auf der Website. Unser Bad mussten wir bei Bezug des Zimmers noch einmal reinigen lassen, da noch „Andenken“ des vorherigen Gastes an verschiedenen Stellen waren. Lief aber alles zügig und reibungslos. Anschließend entsprach auch alles unseren Ansprüchen. Wir hatten das Frühstücksbuffet inklusive, was sehr reichhaltig ist aber auch klar auf Maße ausgelegt (Plastikstühle, billiger Saft etc.). Insgesamt stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis aber aus unserer Sicht.

Das Zimmer war leider schlecht gereinigt, Haare auf dem Bett und im Bad, Boden nicht ordentlich gesaugt und Bettwäsche war fleckig. Die Anlage war gut und die Aussicht war super.

Gute Lage, sehr gutes Frühstück, Parkplatz (gegen Gebühr) direkt beim Hotel. Die Liegen direkt am Pool sind in der Regel schnell belegt, jedoch genügend Platz auf der umliegenden Wiese, wo auch genug Naturschatten ist. Ich würde empfehlen einen Gelsenstecker mitzubringen.
