Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), garden, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop 3.6 km, pebble beach 8 km, rocky beach 8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km, riding stable 15 km, walking paths from the house, cycle lane 50 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
4-room villa 180 m2 on 2 levels. Modern furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the swimming pool. Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, 1 ceramic glass hob hotplate, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC.
