House for 4-6 persons: Approximately 110 m2 are spread over two floors. On the ground floor is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen including a living area and a sofa bed (180 x 200 cm, sleeps 2), a dining area with an impressive fireplace, and a bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor comprises of one double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom, and a spacious covered terrace (approx. 20 2) boasting stunning views of the sea and the lovely Brijuni Islands. The entire house is air-conditioned.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

Comfortable house with nice outdoorkitchen and pool

House is comfortable. Bathroom downstairs, bedrooms upstairs. Great outdoor kitchen and veranda. Also good restaurant on walking distance. Good area for cycling-trips snd few km’s from the seaside.

Entspannung und Erholung pur

Angekommen und wohlgefühlt!! Zwar hatten wir etwas Pech mit dem Wetter, aber dank der wunderschönen großzügigen überdachten und geschützten Terrasse mit Außenküche konnten wir dennoch 14 Tage quasi im Freien verbringen. Gastgeber Elvis ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist etwas älter - dafür aber charmant und gemütlich- und alles war sehr sauber. Auch der große Balkon vor dem zweiten Schlafzimmer mit Aussicht aufs Meer ist sehr einladend. Das riesige Gelände gab uns und den Hunden Raum für Entdeckungstouren, der schöne Garten mit Pool, Außendusche und Lounge-Ecke ist bei Sonnenschein ein Traum. Wir haben es sehr genossen!!

Tolles Grundstück, leider viel zu viele Stechmücken

Das Grunstück hält, was das Inserat verspricht. Unglaublich weitläufig und dazu gut gepflegt. Das Haus dagegen ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und uns persönlich war es alles in allem zu dunkel. Denoch sauber! Leider konnte man den Außenbereich vor allem abends so gut wie nicht nutzen, da man trotz zahlreicher Vorkehrungen wie entsprechender Kerzen, Abwehrsprays etc aufgrund der wirklich unnormalen Anzahl, den zahlreichen Stechmücken nicht entkommen konnte.

Wunderbare Sonnentage im Herbst

Wir haben die erste Oktoberwoche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist traumhaft gelegen für Leute die abseits des Trubels sich einfach nur erholen wollen. Das Grundstück ist riesig, es entsteht der Eindruck das man allein irgendwo im nirgendwo ist, ideal für uns und unseren Hund. Der Pool ist auch im Oktober noch gut zu nutzen gewesen und hat uns nach dem Sonnenbad gut erfrischt. Wie auch schon in den anderen Bewertungen beschrieben, nerven die vielen Fliegen etwas. Zum Ort ist es nicht weit, mit dem Auto ist man nach 5 Minuten in einem Supermarkt und an den typischen Konobaś (Restaurants) Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, wir haben sogar einen kleinen Begrüßungstrunk und eine Flasche Wein zur Begrüßung erhalten.

Perfekt, gerne wieder

Ein super schönes Haus mit Wasch- und Spühlmaschiene mit wunderschönem Grundstück. Toller Spielplatz. Perfektes Haus für Paare die völlige Ruhe suchen oder Familien mit kleinen Kindern. Der Grill draußen ist ein Traum. Super sauber und wahnsinnig tolle Gastgeber, die uns mit kühlen Getränken und Gebäck und Spielzeug für die Kids in Empfang genommen haben. Sogar Wasser im Kühlschrank und Eiswürfel waren vorhanden. Bei Wochenwechsel gab es frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt für zahlreiche Ausflüge. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus

Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zvorkommend. Gäste sollten jedoch wissen, dass es extrem viele Moskitos, auch die tropische Tigermücke, dort gibt.

Unser Urlaub mit Hund war super schön! Ruhe pur, Restaurant nicht weit enfernt, wir waren fast immer im Restaurant Maslina in Vodnjan, Essen super gut und reichlich, Preis Okay. Ruhe und Entspannung mit Meerblick

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus. Es ist gemütlich eingerichtet, sodass wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Außenbereich und das riesige Grundstück mit Pool, Außenküche, verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten, Olivenhain und vor allem der Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon aus. Unser Gastgeber war ein aufmerksamer Host und für jede Frage erreichbar. Die Lage nahe der Küste, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen, war genau, was wir gesucht haben. Für Kinder gibt es jede Menge Spielzeug im Haus und einen eigenen kleinen Spielplatz mit Sandkasten. Wir sind sehr erholt und kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus mit riesigem Grundstück

Wir waren Anfang Mai mit unserem Hund eine Woche dort. Es ist alles wie beschrieben! Man kann sehr schöne Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad zum Meer machen. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe vorhanden. Sehr netter Vermieter.

Fantastischer Aufenthalt

Ein wunderbares, gemütliches Haus mit einem fantastischen Garten, sehr ruhig gelegen, aber trotzdem zentral genug, das man alle gängigen Ausflugsziele und das Meer innerhalb von 15m erreicht. Sehr empfehlenswert ♥️ Elvis, der Besitzer, ist sehr hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar.

Space house with very large garden and swimming pool.

We really enjoyed the stay in the house. It has very nice and it has a spacy patio and big garden with swimming pool. Centrally located so that you can easy go to all the nice spots in Istria. Tip: a larger hot water reservoir would be nice to be able to fill the jacuzzi. :-)

Toller entspannter Urlaub

Die ruhige Lage war perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Der Gastgeber war sehr unkompliziert sowie sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Internet war etwas langsam, aber da wir nicht zum mobiles Arbeiten dort waren, konnten wir damit leben.
