On the ground floor is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen including a living area and a sofa bed (180 x 200 cm, sleeps 2), a dining area with an impressive fireplace, and a bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor comprises of one double bedroom with king-size bed, a twin bedroom, and a spacious covered terrace (approx. 20 2) boasting stunning views of the sea and the lovely Brijuni Islands. The entire house is air-conditioned.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.
