Istrian stone house with pool for 8 persons

Villa Suzana is located in the quiet village of Gajana, only 8 km from the sea. The small medieval town of Bale is only 6 km away, Rovinj 20 km and Pula 18 km. The 110m² m large house offers with its four bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed, enough space for up to 8 people. On the first floor there is a comfortable living-dining room furnished in Istrian style with an open, very well equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower/WC. On the first and second floor there are two bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower/WC. Air conditioning and mosquito screens on the windows are available.
The 3 x 7 m² pool invites you to cool down and relax. A large seating area and an outdoor grill complete the outdoor facilities.
Directly opposite the house is a large playground with slide and swing - here the children can let off steam undisturbed. The hosts live not far from the house and are happy to answer any questions.

Es war alles perfekt. Das Haus sieht aus wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch der Vermieter ist super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Haus ist wirklich toll, vor allem natürlich die Außenanlage mit dem Pool! Man fühlt sich sicher, es ist nichts einsehbar. Es war alles sauber und gepflegt und man konnte den Vermieter immer ansprechen. Die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, ein paar Stunden später stand schon eine neue Maschine da. Der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt. Die Schlafräume sind klimatisiert. Auf dem mit Tor gesicherten Hof können zwei Autos problemlos parken. Einziger Kritikpunkt: leider bellen viele Hunde auch nachts, sodass die Fenster geschlossen bleiben müssen.

Traumhaus für die große Familie

Der Aufenthalt war super!Viel Platz und durch den eigenen Pool waren die Kids auch an Tagen ohne Ausflüge gut beschäftigt.Eine Outdoor-Küche mit riesigem Grill, Waschbecken und weiterem Kühlschrank für Getränke und Grillfleisch waren ebenfalls ein super Extra.Alles war sauber, der Pool wurde in den 10 Tagen mehrmals gereinigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca 15 min mit dem Auto erreichbar .Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Alles wunderbar !

Das Haus incl Pool ist sehr schön und groß genug für 2 Familien. Der Vermieter ist super nett und das Haus hat eine ruhige Lage ideal zum entspannen. Das Grundstück bietet wenig Einsicht und man ist somit sehr ungestört. Wir hatten einen rundum schönen Urlaub.

Gemütlich und abgelegen

Check-in und -out verliefen ganz unkompliziert und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen und verabschiedet, das Haus war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und man konnte den Tag sowohl am Pool als auch bei starker Hitze drinnen bei, der Klimaanlage sein Dank, kühler Luft genießen. Bonuspunkt für den Getränkekühlschrank draußen! :)

Das Haus ist wirklich schön, die Betten sind absolut bequem und man hat genug Platz. Man stört niemanden beim gemütlichen grillen und ist innerhalb von 20 Minuten in Pula. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Tolles Haus, genau richtig für 2 Familien, super Gastgeber vor Ort!

Wir waren mit 2 Familien im Haus. Jeweils eine Etage für eine Familie mit 2 Schlafzimmern und eigenem Bad. Im Erdgeschoss noch ein Bad ist perfekt nach dem Schwimmen im Pool. Super freundliche Gastgeber vor Ort. Immer ansprechbar, immer hilfsbereit mit Insider-Tipps. Anton hat uns zwischendurch sogar frisches Gemüse aus dem Garten vorbei gebracht. Die Lage ist super. Zu vielen schönen Badebuchten nur 15 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto. Supermarkt zum Einkaufen auch nur 10 Minuten weg. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal!
