This new modern Villa is a beautiful property with a sea view and it's so spacious that it accommodates up to 10 adults +2 children , is located in Vodnjan / Istria with seaview to the Brioni islands, just 5 min by car from the nearest beach. It is situated on an 1600 m2 plot in a quiet area, the house itself being laid out over 300 m2. It boasts an imposing exterior, partly clad in stone, It has pool with 40 m2 with salt. Villa has five bedrooms, five bathrooms plus a toilet. Every room has it own air condition and own bathroom with shower and toilet. The kitchen is completely equipped, with a dishwasher, kettle, boiler, stove and microwave oven. Plates, glasses and cutlery are provided.
In addition, there are multiple sun loungers and a shaded area to relax and enjoy.
There is a large outside dining area, with two tables each seating up to ten people and a large barbecue.

Eine Woche Urlaub in Vodnjan

Wir sind als Gruppe von 9 Leuten in das Haus von Ingrid fÃŒr einer Woche eingezogen. Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Der Außenbereich Lad zum Verweilen ein und der Pool so wie Whirlpool sind hervorragend! Ebenfalls gibt es ein ebenes GartenstÃŒck fÃŒr allerhand Spiele und das Angebot mit Tischtennis, Billard und Dart ist auch nicht zu verachten. Unser Vierbeiner hat das Haus ebenfalls genossen, da das GrundstÃŒck komplett eingezÀunt ist. Alles in allem eine sehr gelungen Woche und wir kommen gerne wieder!
