- This beautiful holiday house / villa / pension Berat is located in the village of Peroj, near Fažana and the town of Vodnjan, opposite the National Park Islands Brijuni. Here is a special influence of tradition, which has left its mark and has been preserved to this day. The residents are mainly active in fishing and agriculture and they are very hospitable.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 1000 m2. Here you can enjoy with all your senses - on the Mediterranean flora or on the blue sea, grill, beautiful outdoor pool with salt water, garden furniture, a covered terrace. The surrounding area offers countless and beautiful bays with crystal clear sea and beautiful beaches with snak bars and bicycles and jogging trails. It is only about 600 m from the sea. from the center of Peroj 100 m, the first restaurant 100 m, shop 50 m. Pula and its monuments and other attractions in the area such as the Brijuni National Park, the most romantic city in Croatia Rovinj, Porec with Unesco heritage and picturesque interior Istria is only a few minutes drive away.

Super Lage und sehr freundlich

Die Lage war super und der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und sprach auch deutsch. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat sich auch sofort um Probleme gekümmert. Die Ausstattung war schon etwas abgenutzt und könnte einen Austausch brauchen. Der Poolbereich war aber in top Zustand und wurde durch eine Firma gewartet.
