It also has two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. The larger apartment is located on the first floor and has a living area of approximately 110 m2. It comprises a kitchen with a dining table and a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, air conditioning, TV, and access to the balcony. It also has three bedrooms: two with double beds and the third with two single beds. There is also one bathroom with a shower and another with a bathtub and washing machine. Please note that the first floor is only accessible via an external staircase, as there is no internal staircase connecting it to the ground floor.

Swimming pools: Please note that swimming pools are usually available for use from about mid-May to late September, depending on the weather. If not explicitly stated in the description, the swimming pool is not heated.

WiFi available free of charge. There is a barbecue area with a sink on the property. Parking for up to 5 cars. The last 100 meters to the house are on an unpaved road. You can buy your hosts' products – olive oil and wine.

Dogs: Please note that dogs must be registered at the time of booking, stating the breed. The cost is 10 euro per dog per day, and the fee has to be paid directly to the landlord. Number of dogs allowed: 2.
