Ideal for 4-6 guests, this 90 sqm holiday home is spread across two floors. The third floor features a spacious 45 sqm roof terrace with a beautiful panoramic sea view and the view of the Brijuni islands. Complete with a dining table, barbecue, and sun loungers, it provides a perfect setting for relaxation. The ground floor consists of a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table, and a sofa bed for two persons, along with a shower/toilet. On the first floor, two double bedrooms and another shower/toilet await, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
