The hotel and room were very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Less than 20 minutes walk from train station. Area is very quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend to stay there while in Venezia.

The location was great.
It’s in the center of Venice. We took ferry. Is the second stop at the airport it ’s about 10 minutes walk. There’s a lot of stairs to go up and down to get to the hotel so just be careful with that. If you are unable to do stairs, don’t go to Venice. Back to the hotel there’s a tall stairs to go into the reception. There is a wheelchair but there isn’t an elevator. The bathrooms smell a little bit, but I’m not sure if that’s because it’s Venice, but it was clean. Also the AC wasn’t working because the receptionist said the town obligates them to shut the AC off at certain month. I went on November month so there was no AC, but she gave us a fan.

Breakfast was not free, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful! There are water taxi’s for cheaper, but the hotel’s water taxi was convenient and took the guesswork out of not knowing what to expect.
