Historical cosy private cottage
Dit gezellige 4-persoons vakantiehuis (70 m2) bevindt zich in een monumentale hoeve met nog 12 andere vakantiehuisjes, een restaurant, een sfeervol `cour-terras` en een speel- en picnic-weide. Het heeft een eigen terras gelegen aan de zijde van een dubbele carre hoeve, enkele stappen verwijderd van het panorama uitzicht. Rustig en kindvriendelijk, doch op slechts 10 min van het beroemde Valkenburg, 15 min van het 3-landen punt in Vaals en 20 min van Aken. Liggend midden in het natuurgebied `Land van Kalk` is er daarnaast veel te doen en te zien voor iedereen.
Deze 4-persoons woning van 70 m2 bestaat uit 2 verdiepingen.
BEGANE GROND Op de begane bevindt zich een ruime living met zitgedeelte en eetgedeelte. Het eetgedeelte heeft een moderne keuken die van alle gemakken is voorzien, waaronder ook een vaatwasser. Tevens bevindt zich de toiletruimte op de begane grond.
BUITEN TERRAS MET UITZICHT De living grenst direct aan het omheinde buitenterras, gelegen aan de zijde van de hoeve. Daar is heerlijk genieten van een etentje en een drankje. Ben je met kinderen, dan kunnen die naar hartelust spelen in de weide en kun je ze toch in de gaten houden.
VERDIEPING De slaapkamers en de badkamer bevinden zich op de eerste verdieping.
Er zijn 2 slaapkamers, een slaapkamer bezit een Kingsize boxspring bed (180x200) met pocketverenmatras en geïntegreerde extra topper van 8 cm, wat garant staat voor het beste slaapcomfort, PLUS! een extra boxspringbed met geinteregeerde topper van 8cm ( 90*200) De 2e slaapkamer heeft 1 boxspringbed ( 90*200) met pocketverenmatras en geintegreerde extra topper van 8 cm.
De badkamer heeft een wastafel en douche terwijl de toilet zich in een aparte toiletruimte bevindt op de begane grond. HOUSE RULES Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in the apartments or in our indoor areas. Dress codeCHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS We kindly ask you to check out before 10:00 am. Bed linen: we kindly ask you to leave the bed linen and towels in the hallway. Please keep Moltons near the bed. Cooking: please note that our smoke detectors in the apartments are very sensitive. Tip: open the back door while cooking. We also kindly request that you handle our belongings in the apartments with care. Washing dishes: please place the dishes in the dishwasher and run on a short program. Garbage: Please put your garbage in the container when leaving the location (this can be found in the guest parking lot). Heating & windows: We kindly ask you to turn off the heaters and close all windows before leaving the apartment. NOTE: Are you going away and is rain expected? Please close all windows, otherwise leaks will occur due to the impact of rain.
: It is not permitted to sit shirtless on the outdoor terraces or to walk around in any of our areas. Rest times: Respect the rest times at our complex, usually between 10:30 PM and 7:00 AM. Noise levels should be kept to a minimum during these hours so that other guests can enjoy a good night`s sleep. Waste Policy: Keep the site clean and tidy by depositing waste in the appropriate areas. Respect the natural environment of the region and avoid damaging plants, trees and wildlife. Do not leave waste in the garden or nature. Open Fire: Open fire is only permitted on designated fire pits or in designated fire pits. Ensure the fire is supervised at all times and completely extinguished before leaving the site. Pet policy: It is not permitted to let your dog or pet run loose in our garden. We also kindly request that you clean up the dog feces properly.
