"The room was small, so I did not have a chair. However, I went to the lobby, which had very comfortable chairs. My morning routine is browsing the internet with a cup of strong coffee. Disappointing there were no coffee shops open at 5 AM. The closest was Starbucks, open at 6 AM, but it was quite a long walk. The Starbucks was at the Sheraton on Canal Street."

"Although my husband needed to cover the window for real darkness in the room and the door between the 2 rooms not well isolated( we could hear pretty much everything from the convi to the snoring the guy next room was snoring very loudly) the room was beautiful and the view on the pool was nice. It was a cold weekend (even for us, canadians) so we didn't get the chance to try their heated pool. Our room was cleaned everyday, bed done, towels changed(usefull with the type of room we got), new water bottles and coffee. The staff were all nice. The valet guys were all gents. Truly a beautiful hotel well runned! "
