Hotel was lovely, staff were really friendly and very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Check in was seamless with a welcome drink and hot towels upon arrival. Rooms were spotless and a nice size many with a sea view. The sun beds were very comfortable and plenty for everyone even though some people still felt the need to reserve first thing in the morning. A big shout out to Aphrodite in the restaurant in the evenings she was so friendly and went out of her way to assist with menu and gluten free options. All in all a lovely stay and would recommend to stay here for a lovely relaxing break.

Everything was exactly what you'd expect from a quality holiday resort and spa. Our only regret was staying for just one night, which simply wasn't long enough to enjoy the many activities and facilities on offer. This is the kind of place best appreciated over several days, where you can truly switch off, relax, and do absolutely nothing if that's what you need. If you're planning a visit, I'd definitely recommend making it a multi-night stay to get the most out of the experience.

I told my daughters to europe as a graduation present and our 1st stop at Athina Palace Resort and Spa was amazing. When we checked in after midnight, they had a light dinner and wine waiting for us. The staff was responsive, helpful, friendly and professional. The resort was clean and the food was delicious. My only small complaint is a more consistent schedule for the shuttle service around the resort. Other than that, everything was perfect!

This is a great hotel for a nice quiet getaway. Always opt for the all inclusive. It is worth it. This hotel is on the beach amd has great food options. A beach bar and an indoors bar. An olympic size pool and a kids pool. I got upgraded to a villa with it's own lounging deck and infinity pool! It was amazing! This is more of an adults hotel but there were families there. It is a top class hotel. The drinks were top quality for an all inclusive hotel. Eg: vodka was circo and we also had 120 euro bottles pf champagne included. Also has 3 a la carte restaurants as well as the usual buffet. Has live singers in the bar in the evenings. Has onsite shops for amenities. Is nearby the airport and the capital Heraklion.
